CCH: A senior administrator expresses her frustration after receiving a "strike" with no stated reason despite working countless hours for Chicago City Hospital (CCH).
A senior administrator of CCH, who would like to remain anonymous, has reported about injustice and how the quotas and strict professionalism of CCH has drained him/her.
CCH's reputation also was shown to have been decreased due to their strict policies. After investigating their tiktok page, I found comments that CCH's Moderators were being extremely strict on others within the community.
They are also accusations towards CCH about the president "doxxing" others.

There were also more comments expressing hate on the moderation team.
One user from their discord server also was found to be allegedly breaking TOS when an administrator couldn't provide one, the user that he called out was called 'mas':

Conclusion
We believe that an extremely strict hospital could be exhausting to others, attempting to make everyone professional at all times are basically impossible, they are humans, not robots or AI that never sleeps. I am not saying we should make them resign if they are not fit. Everyone makes tiny mistakes or maybe is unprofessional sometimes. They shouldn't be kept on their toes every second afraid of getting terminated, especially those who are extremely committed to CCH.
To the presidential board members of CCH possibly reading this. Please. Let the admins rest especially during exam season. It is possible for them to suffer from burnout, yet they still continue without LOA.
And to fellow community members, admins are not paid to work for you. They work for you because they want too.
